Henry Pall Wullf

Henry is responsible for all equipment aboard PolarQuest's expedition vessels in Greenland, and he also occasionally steps in as an expedition leader on our ships. He is a dedicated polar enthusiast whose profession has taken him around the world. Born in Germany but an Icelander at heart, he now resides in the Carpathian Mountains in Romania. With a passionate interest in the cryosphere and its distinct ecosystems, he is convinced that only through understanding the interconnected environment can we protect it.

Henry has a particular interest in all forms of ice, volcanoes, and not least wildlife and culture. He has worked several seasons in the Arctic and has extensive experience from both Svalbard and Greenland. His goal is to share his passion and spark curiosity in others to discover these wonderful places that exist in our fragile world. For many, it is something truly unique that can only be experienced once.
